Shelly Shachar

Shelly Shachar is an accomplished business leader, currently serving as the Active Chairwoman and Shareholder of Mafil L.T.d since 2009. Previously, Shelly held the position of Principal at Oasis - Private Equity Fund from 2008 to 2009. Educationally, Shelly Shachar earned an EMBA in Business Administration and Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and holds a dual degree in law and business (LLB, BA) from Reichman University, obtained between 1992 and 1996.
