Katarina Smith

Katarina Smith is a seasoned professional in user experience strategy, currently serving as a Senior UX Strategist and Design Strategist at Throughline, Inc. since May 2019. Previously, Katarina gained diverse experience as a Hostess at Jimmy Madison's and a Design Intern at Explore More Discovery Museum in late 2018, along with freelance roles as an Illustrator for Hamilton Beach Brands Inc. from June 2017 to May 2018 and a Receptionist at Achikian Goldsmiths from August 2012 to February 2016. Additionally, Katarina has a background in music, having worked as a Freelance Musician and hosted an open mic event. Educationally, Katarina holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Product Design from James Madison University and an Associate of Science in Social Sciences from Northern Virginia Community College.
