Jowin Tam

Jowin Tam is an experienced UX strategist and designer with a diverse background in user experience and product design. Currently serving as Principal UX Strategist at Singapore Airlines since March 2022, Jowin has previously held positions as Senior UX Strategist and Senior Product Designer, contributing to award-winning e-commerce digital solutions. Prior roles include Senior UXUI Designer at GreyOrange, where work focused on warehouse automation systems, and Design Lead at 2359 Media, involving projects in various sectors such as banking and government. Jowin's journey began in multimedia design, holding positions as Art Director and Multimedia Designer at Marvel Sight Ltd. Jowin holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA Hons) in Design Communications from LASALLE College of the Arts and a Higher Diploma in Multimedia Design and Technology from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, along with a part-time course in Data Analytics from General Assembly.
