Olemeku Aledan

Olemeku Aledan is a seasoned communications and operations strategist currently serving at Throughline, Inc. since July 2019. Prior to this role, Olemeku co-founded and held the position of COO at Mosaic Souls from December 2017 to July 2020. A background in market research was gained at the American Psychological Association for a brief period in 2019, and earlier experience includes a digital media internship at The Hub Project, where Olemeku contributed to advocacy messaging across multiple platforms. Beginning a career with operational roles, Olemeku managed administrative functions at Throughline, Inc. as an Operations Intern and served as a Student Engineer at the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission during summer sessions from 2011 to 2013. Olemeku holds a degree in Communications with a focus on Public Relations/Image Management from the University of Maryland and an Associate of Arts in Communication Studies from Montgomery College.
