Sharon Raz

Sharon Raz has over 30 years of experience in the field of security systems and architecture. Sharon has held various roles throughout their career, including Director of Security Systems Architecture & Sensors Product Manager at Magal Security Systems Ltd since 2022 and Chief Architect for Security Design & Solutions at the same company from 2018 to 2022.

Prior to that, Sharon was the CEO of Electraz Ltd. from 2003 to 2018, where they worked as a security consultant and designer. Sharon was involved in major security projects for companies such as the Israeli Water Works and the Israeli Railroads. Sharon also served as a security solutions architect for the Italian railway and played influential roles in the largest security project in the world for Oil & Gas.

Before Electraz, Sharon worked at Team3 security systems Ltd from 2001 to 2003 as a Product Line Manager and Deputy Manager of the Projects Division, where they handled various responsibilities such as teaching courses, advising re-sellers and installers, and answering large tenders.

Sharon also gained experience as a Security Consultant and Project Manager at Gordon Engineers from 2000 to 2001, where they managed innovative security projects.

Their career started in the Israel Defense Forces in 1991, where they served as the Technical Manager of Border Security Systems for the ground forces. Sharon was responsible for the overall technical maintenance of border security systems and managed projects for the army.

Overall, Sharon Raz has extensive experience and expertise in the field of security systems and architecture, with a focus on critical assets, oil & gas, utilities, mass transportation, and borders.

Sharon Raz obtained their hi-school diploma majoring in Electronics from Lady Davis in Tel-Aviv, Israel, from 1987 to 1990. Sharon then pursued a B.A. in Management & Computer Science from Open University in Tel-Aviv, Israel, from 1995 to 1999.
