Harold Lista Perera

Harold Lista Perera has a diverse work experience spanning from 2004 to the present. Harold started their career as a Network Administrator Assistant during their internship at Havana Polytechnic University. In this role, they were responsible for managing the IT department, assisting students with internet account activation, and managing internet usage.

After completing their internship, Harold went on to become a Business Owner and Shop Manager at GaraGDigital. Here, they handled various tasks such as printing documents and photos, sales of audio and visual materials including software, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, installing and configuring software and operating systems, and sales of equipment parts. Harold worked in this role for three years.

Currently, Harold is employed at Magaya Corporation. Harold initially joined as a Technical Support Specialist, providing technical assistance to customers. Later, they were promoted to the role of Account Executive, where they worked on managing customer accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. In their most recent role as Senior Account Executive, Harold continues to excel in maintaining and building customer relationships.

Harold Lista Perera completed their education in two stages. From 1997 to 2001, they attended the Polytechnic Institute of Telecommunications, where they pursued a degree in Electronics and Telecommunications. After this, they enrolled at the University of Havana from 2004 to 2011, where they obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering. Alongside their formal education, Harold also obtained a certification in Sales Mastership - Level 1 from Winning by Design in December 2019.
