Silvia Machado

Graduated in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He started his career in strategic consulting at McKinsey, where he was for 8 years. Since 2008, Silvia has been engaged in fashion retail, focusing on the management of business units, including: product development, marketing, commercial management, store management, strategic planning and e-commerce. Before joining Magazine Luiza, she worked at C&A, Dafiti and Arezzo & Co, where she served as executive director of brands. She is currently Executive Director of Fashion and Beauty at the company.
