Artūrs Krūze has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Artūrs is currently a Member and Angel Investor at BADideas.fund since March 2023, where they invest in early-stage startups in the CEE/CIS region. Artūrs is also the CEO and Co-founder of Magebit since August 2014, where they specialize in building eCommerce websites for global brands, including Fortune 500 companies. In August 2021, they co-founded Grand Ventures. Additionally, Artūrs is an Official Member of Forbes Technology Council since March 2022. Prior to these roles, they worked as a Senior Magento Developer at Scandiweb from November 2012 to November 2015, contributing to large-scale Magento projects and website development. Artūrs also held positions at Latvian Hosting Center, where they worked as an SMS Services Developer and later became the Lead PHP Developer from September 2011 to October 2012. Before that, they worked as a Web Developer at AWERB from July 2011 to October 2011.

Artūrs Krūze obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Latvijas Universitate, graduating in 2015. Prior to that, they attended Riga State 2. Gymnasium from 2011 to 2014, and Riga Centre Language School from 2002 to 2011. In terms of additional certifications, Artūrs Krūze has obtained various certifications, including AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in February 2020, Entrepreneurial Negotiations from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in March 2018, High-Dimensional Data Analysis & Machine Learning from Harvard University in February 2018, Google Ads Search (renewed on March 5, 2020), Google Analytics, and Magento 2 Solution Specialist / Adobe Certified Expert-Magento Commerce Business Practitioner from Adobe, all obtained in September 2017. Artūrs also holds certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in November 2015, Magento Solution Specialist and Magento Developer Plus from Magento Commerce in October 2015 and November 2013 respectively. Moreover, they have been certified as an International judge level 1 and National judge level 2 by the International Waterski & Wakeboard Federation in May 2013.
