Robin Beck

Robin Beck, CF APMP, is an accomplished professional in proposal management with extensive experience in the federal and public sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Proposals at Magellan Federal since December 2021, Robin leads diverse teams to develop compliant and compelling proposals. Prior to this role, Robin was Head of Bid and Proposal Department at ManpowerGroup, overseeing a comprehensive team dedicated to proposal development across North America. Experience at Hewlett Packard Enterprise included managing global proposal enablement operations, while earlier roles at Saber Software Inc. and Ciber focused on developing public sector proposals and managing IT staffing contracts. Starting the career at HP, Robin has held various positions that collectively strengthen the expertise in proposal management. Robin holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Maryland.
