Cindy Quart

Cindy Quart has extensive experience in clinical project and program management within Magellan Health, where Cindy has held various leadership roles since 1994. Currently serving as Sr. Director, Clinical Project and Program Management, Cindy leads critical multi-functional projects, designs and implements clinical initiatives, and oversees digital health solutions for Population Health vendor programs. Cindy has previously held the position of Vice President, Operations and Quality Improvement, achieving significant reductions in staff turnover and consistently meeting performance standards. Cindy's career at Magellan Health includes a successful tenure as Director of Quality Improvement, where Cindy notably increased customer audit scores and coordinated multiple accreditation audits. Cindy's earlier experience at St. Anthony's Medical Center as Clinical Supervisor further enhances a strong foundation in clinical services. Cindy holds a Master of Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Music from Binghamton University.
