Basheer CASSIM

Basheer Cassim has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Basheer is currently the Group Chief Executive Officer at Magellan X Pte. Ltd., a platform focused on developing and investing in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) technologies. Basheer is also the CEO of EcoMax (CHORD-X), a digital decarbonization solution that utilizes artificial intelligence and cloud technology. Prior to this, Basheer held the position of CEO at SOL-X, an energy and maritime company. Basheer also served as an Executive Board Director and later as the CEO at Leadbook, an AI-powered leads database platform. Basheer has held various roles in companies such as BANSEA, ServiceSource, Eurobios, Proxim Wireless, Dell, and Rockwool International A/S, where they gained experience in areas like sales, marketing, business development, and finance.

Basheer Cassim obtained a Master's degree in Finance from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, where they studied from 1991 to 1993. Subsequently, they pursued an MBA from London Business School and completed the program between 1999 and 2001, specializing in Business Administration.
