Pei Ing Ng

Pei Ing Ng has extensive experience in supply chain management, procurement, and operations. They most recently worked as a Procurement and Operation Executive at Chord X, where they managed the end-to-end supply chain of an IOT startup company, including sourcing, negotiation, ordering, invoicing, and reverse logistics. They were responsible for establishing SOPs for the company's supply chain function, as well as contract management and negotiation. Prior to this, Pei Ing Ng worked at MMS Co., Ltd. Singapore Branch as a Senior Purchase Executive, where they managed the global supply chain for vessels' spare parts, chemicals, and lubricants oil. They developed sourcing strategies and focused on quality management and cost control. Before that, they worked as an Operation Executive at Strait Shipbrokers Pte Ltd, where they liaised and coordinated with various shipping partners and managed vessel operations and performance. Pei Ing Ng also served as an Assistant to Safety and Security Superintendent at Thome Ship Management PTE. LTD., ensuring compliance with ship security assessments, developing and implementing ship security plans, and ensuring vessel compliance with ISM and ISPS requirements.

Pei Ing Ng received a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore in 2009, achieving Second Upper Class of Honors. Following this, Pei Ing Ng pursued a Master's Degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at the National University of Singapore from 2018 to 2020.
