Christian Traunwieser

Christian Traunwieser has a diverse work experience in communications and media spanning over several years. Christian started their career as a Freier Redakteur at Bezirksblätter Niederösterreich GmbH in 2004. Christian then worked as a Redakteur & Moderator at Radio Arabella GmbH from 2006 to 2011. Following that, they joined Radio 88.6 as a Morning News Anchor from 2011 to 2018. In 2018, they transitioned to the corporate sector and worked as a Content Marketing Manager at UPC. Christian then joined Magenta Telekom in 2019, where they held various positions including Corporate Communications and Pressesprecher, before taking on the role of Unternehmenssprecher | Head of External Communications in 2023.Throughout their career, Christian Traunwieser has gained expertise in external communications, press relations, content marketing, and radio broadcasting.

From 2004 to 2012, Christian Traunwieser attended the University of Vienna, where they pursued a degree in Politikwissenschaft with a specialization in Kommunikationswissenschaft. Christian obtained a Mag. phil. upon completion of their studies.
