Francois Mairey

Francois Mairey has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Francois started their career in 1998 at ONE GmbH, where they held roles such as Head of Radio Network Planning and Network Planning Manager Region West. From 2006 to 2011, they worked at Clearwire as Director Engineering Europe/Technical Director Belgium and Director RF Engineering Europe. Mairey then joined Tele2 AB, where they served as CTIO Tele2 AT from 2011 to 2014, CTIO Tele2 NL from 2014 to 2016, and CTIO Tele2 Group and Senior Transformation Manager from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they founded Wireless Blockchain Technologies and later joined Magenta Telekom as SVP IT in November 2018.

Francois Mairey completed their Master's Degree in Physics from Université de Franche-Comté in the years 1990 to 1994. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained a PhD in Theoretical Physics from Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck from 1994 to 1998.
