Sebastian Schmied

Sebastian Schmied has a background in engineering and telecommunication, with experience working at Magenta Telekom and UPC Austria. At Magenta Telekom, Sebastian is currently working as a Backend Engineer for the Entertainment Platform. Previously, at UPC Austria, Sebastian specialized in TV platform engineering with a focus on VoD and Seachange Backoffice. In addition to their professional experience, Sebastian also completed an apprenticeship in various operations and engineering roles, earning high accolades upon completion. During their time at Wiener Rotes Kreuz, Sebastian served as a Sanitäter during their Zivildienst. Furthermore, Sebastian obtained their Matura and Lehre mit Matura from Berufsmatura Wien.
