Jane Ihle is a seasoned professional in operations and performance management, currently serving as the Head of Performance & Operations at Magentus since September 2025. With extensive experience in people operations, Jane held the role of Director - People Operations Lead at EY from April 2023 to August 2025, and previously worked at PwC Australia as Operations Director Transformation and Health & Wellbeing Operations Director from July 2020 to April 2023. Jane began her career in engineering and sustainability consulting, having served as Operations Manager and Resource Manager at Strategy&, part of the PwC network, and as a Civil Engineer at MWH. Educational qualifications include a Grad Cert in Management from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, a BEng & BComm from the University of Melbourne, and various certifications related to wellbeing.
