Shelbye Schlange is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and fitness instruction. Currently serving as the Director of Recruiting at Orion Consortium, LLC since November 2013, Shelbye is responsible for matching candidates to government positions, negotiating salaries, and enhancing the efficiency of the recruiting department. In addition, Shelbye is the Program Director and Trainer for the SHIFT 360 fitness program, promoting proper exercise techniques and balanced nutrition. As a Certified Eating Disorder Recovery Coach with the Carolyn Costin Institute, Shelbye supports clients in overcoming eating disorders through a comprehensive recovery approach. Shelbye's modeling and acting experience includes positions with Maggie Inc. and BMG Models and Talent, alongside an academic background in Nutritional Sciences from the University of New Hampshire.
