Shilpa Saxena is the Director of Learning Efficacy at Magic Edtech. Shilpa has over a decade of experience in the publishing industry, having worked with companies like Parragon Publishing India, MPS Limited, QBS Learning, HarperCollins Publishers, and Oxford University Press.

Saxena has a proven track record of leading and managing publishing teams to meet set business objectives. Shilpa is skilled in devising and implementing publishing strategy, business plans, and annual budgets to make businesses sustainable and profitable.

Saxena is also experienced in working with colleagues in various departments like Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure publications are developed to support key categories.

Shilpa Saxena has a Master of Computer Applications degree from DOEACC and also has a 12th Class degree in Science (Non-Medical) from Rukmini Devi Public School. Shilpa also has a certification from Cambridge University in Business English Communication (Level - Higher).
