Anu Mandapati

Anu Mandapati is currently the Global Head of Culture, DEI & Employee Experience at Magic Leap. Anu is also a member of Chief, the largest community of senior executive women. Anu serves as a faculty member at People & Culture Strategy Institute at Hacking HR, where Anu teaches various courses related to organizational development and employee experience design. Additionally, Anu holds positions at AIIR Consulting and has served as Coaching Center Faculty at The Forum on Workplace Inclusion. Anu has a strong background in diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a focus on leadership development and team effectiveness.
