Julia Gaynor

Julia Gaynor is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in strategic marketing and public relations. As Principal and Founder of Disrupt LLC since September 2020, Julia supports disruptive technologies and early-stage start-ups in establishing their market presence. Currently serving as Head of Global Marketing Communications and Global Communications Director at Magic Leap since May 2016, Julia has also held positions as Vice President at Weber Shandwick, Account Supervisor at Affect Strategies, Senior Account Executive at Racepoint Global, and Account Executive at Hill & Knowlton/SAMCOR. Julia holds a Master's degree in Global Marketing, Communications & Advertising from Emerson College and a Bachelor's degree in Public Communications with a focus on Spanish from American University.
