Rama Gaikwad

Rama Gaikwad is an Associate Support Engineer at Magic Software Enterprises since September 2021, where responsibilities include providing support for XPA and XPI as well as diagnosing and troubleshooting software issues. Previously, Rama served as a Client Relationship Manager at BQSR Quality Assurance Pvt. Ltd. from September 2020 to September 2021, working with ISO certification processes for various international clients. In an earlier role as an Associate Technical Consultant at Blueflame Labs from July 2019 to December 2019, Rama focused on creating triggers, Apex classes, batch classes, and schedulers to meet client business requirements. Education includes a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) in Computer Science from Pratibha Institute Of Business Management (2019 - Present) and a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) from Mahatma Phule College Pimpri Waghire and Savitribai Phule Pune University (2015 - 2018).
