Alexa Minotti

Alexa Minotti is a Senior Retention Associate at Magic Spoon. Alexa was previously an Email Marketing Associate at Tarte Cosmetics from December 2019 to August 2021. Prior to that, they were a Digital Marketing Associate at Informa Engage from August 2018 to December 2019 where they managed all aspects of outbound email marketing campaigns, analyzed industry and competitive data, and fostered lead generation. From June 2017 to August 2017, they were an Account Services Intern at Kinetic Worldwide where they collaborated with the Sales Team, created client proposals, and analyzed campaign objectives vs. performance data.

Alexa Minotti attended the State University of New York College at Cortland, where they earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies with a concentration in PR/Advertising. Alexa also holds a Minor in Management from the same school.
