Desphina Vorgeas is an accomplished talent manager and content producer with extensive experience in reality television, particularly within culinary and competition series. Currently at Endemol Shine North America since January 2015, notable projects include multiple seasons of MasterChef and MasterChef Junior, as well as Gordon Ramsay's Food Stars. Additionally, Desphina has served as a cast manager for Magical Elves, Inc. on projects such as Top Chef and Nailed It!
