Justin Roach

Justin Roach began their work experience as a Floor Supervisor at McDonald's in 2002, where they provided training and implemented new procedures. Justin then worked as an Inventory Buyer at Anixter from 2008 to 2011, where they executed inventory strategies and managed consignment inventory programs. From 2011 to 2017, Justin held various supply chain management roles at Elkay Manufacturing, including Manager of Supply Planning & Strategic Distribution, Manager of Supply Planning, and Sr. Supply Chain Planner/Analyst. During their time at Elkay Manufacturing, they managed inventory, optimized production processes, and developed inventory and procurement plans. Since 2017, Justin has worked as the Manager of Strategic Distribution at Zurn Elkay Water Solutions, where they developed and executed a distribution strategy and conducted a study resulting in cost savings. Most recently, they joined MagickWoods Limited in 2023 as the Director of Supply Chain.

Justin Roach earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from Northern Illinois University from 2004 to 2008. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including Developing Cross-Cultural Intelligence from LinkedIn, Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD) from APICS in October 2017, Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS in December 2015, and Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS in May 2015.
