Dean has worked for more than 27 years in the voluntary sector, mainly in relation to international development and rights issues. His experience includes senior leadership roles at Amnesty International, ActionAid and War Child, and his expertise spans all aspects of fundraising, including high net worth individuals, trusts, corporates, large-scale funding development and team/organisational culture and leadership.
