Jeremy Briggs

Jeremy Briggs is an experienced IT Manager with a robust background in managing IT operations across various sectors. Currently serving as IT Manager at MAG (Mines Advisory Group) since September 2017, Jeremy oversees the implementation and maintenance of key business systems while managing hardware, software, and networking infrastructure. Prior to this, Jeremy held IT Manager positions at Bench and Americana International Ltd, where responsibilities included managing IT systems, supporting user bases of around 150, and leading significant projects such as Office 365 migrations and retail store rollouts. Jeremy's technical expertise encompasses a wide range of technologies, including MS Dynamics, SQL Server, and virtualization solutions. Jeremy holds a BEng. in Electronic & Electrical Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
