Sabina Chen

Sabina Chen has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and robotics. Sabina most recently worked as an Electrical Engineer at Maglev Aero starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Robotics Software Engineer at NextDroid from August 2021 to February 2023. Sabina also gained experience as a Graduate Student Researcher at MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL) from February 2020 to May 2021. Additionally, they worked as a Software Engineering Intern at NextDroid in June to August 2020. Furthermore, they had internships at MIT Lincoln Laboratory, NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, JAXA: Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency, and VIA Technologies, Inc. Sabina also served as a MIT BWSI Racecar Middle School Instructor at Massachusetts Institute of Technology in June to August 2019, where they created and taught a summer course on python, computer vision, and autonomous vehicles.

Sabina Chen has a strong academic background in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. Sabina earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) between the years 2015 and 2019. Building upon this foundation, Sabina pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT from 2020 to 2021.
