Shailesh Desai

Shailesh Desai is a seasoned technology and operations professional with extensive experience in cloud architecture and solutions engineering. At MagMutual from August 2018 to July 2022, Shailesh served as the Director of Technology and Operations and IT Leader, overseeing critical technological initiatives. Subsequently, at BD from July 2022 to October 2023, Shailesh held the position of Director Solutions Architecture and Engineering, where Shailesh was instrumental in spearheading the development and execution of an automation strategy and optimizing Azure cloud expenditures. Prior experience includes serving as a Manager at Cognizant and as an Engineering Leader at Voya Financial, where Shailesh led the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of Hyperion. Educational credentials include a degree from Tennessee Technological University, obtained between January 1994 and January 1998.
