Erika Foster has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Erika currently works at MAGNA Global as the Director of Standards & Investment Products for EMEA. Prior to this, they served as the Global Account Director at DoubleVerify. Erika also worked at Kinesso, where they held multiple positions including Global Programmatic Strategy Director, EMEA Platform Operations Director, and Head of Ad Operations for the UK. Erika has also worked at Flashtalking, Inc. as an Account Manager and Senior Campaign Manager, at Initiative as the Ad Operations Lead, at VivaKi as a Programmatic Activation Executive, and at MEC as a Campaign Process Executive during an internship. Before transitioning into the advertising industry, Erika was a professional rugby player for the Hong Kong Rugby Union.

Erika Foster's education history starts with their completion of A Levels at South Island School from 2000 to 2006. Following that, they attended Royal Holloway, University of London from 2006 to 2009, where they pursued a degree in Media Arts.

In addition to their formal education, Erika has earned several certifications throughout their career. Erika obtained the Foundation Certificate in Marketing from the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA) in February 2013. In March 2013, they completed the Doubleclick for Advertisers Fundamentals and Doubleclick Rich Media Fundamentals courses offered by Google. In April 2014, they received certification in Visual Basic for Applications in Excel from City University London.

More recently, Erika has obtained various certifications related to digital trust and safety. In February 2023, they became a Digital Trust & Safety Leader through a program provided by LinkedIn. Prior to that, in August 2021, they completed the Understanding and Prioritizing Data Privacy course, also offered by LinkedIn. In June 2021, they acquired the DV Pinnacle certification from DoubleVerify.
