Ana Maharaj

Ana Maharaj is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in payroll and compensation operations. Currently serving as the Director of Payroll Operations at Magna International since August 2024, Ana previously held the position of VP Human Resources Operations at Hudson's Bay from January 2018 to May 2023, where responsibilities included centralizing HR administrative tasks and managing employee relations, payroll, and HR analytics across Canada and the US. Ana's earlier roles at Hudson's Bay Company spanned various leadership positions in compensation, culminating in a VP role overseeing compensation strategies for multiple business entities.
