Dionna Sholler

Dionna Sholler, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of HRIS & Payroll Operations at Northern Kentucky University, overseeing the operation, maintenance, and configuration of HR and payroll systems while leading the HR Operations team. With extensive experience in HR information systems, Dionna previously held positions such as Director of HR Information Systems and Manager of HR Information Systems, where responsibilities included managing data flows, security, reporting, and daily HRIS operations. Prior roles include HR Generalist at The Kroger Co and Senior Recruiter at Coca-Cola Refreshments, where Dionna led recruitment for multiple facilities. Additionally, Dionna has a background in HR process improvement at Coca-Cola Enterprises, utilizing Six-Sigma and Lean methodologies to enhance HR functions. Dionna holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Labor Relations and a Master's degree in Informatics from Northern Kentucky University.
