John Harju

John Harju is an experienced human resources professional with a significant background in global HR leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Human Resources at Magna Electronics since April 2022, John has previously held various senior roles, including Senior Vice President of Human Resources at ZF Group and TRW Automotive, where responsibilities encompassed managing HR for thousands of employees across multiple divisions. With an extensive career that began at Ford Motor Company and included leadership positions at Visteon Corporation and Webasto Americas, John has expertise in labor relations, talent management, and strategic HR initiatives. John holds a Master of Arts in Labor and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from Michigan State University, along with MBA coursework from multiple institutions, including IESE Business School.
