Lijin Sivaraj

Lijin Sivaraj is a Quality Engineering Specialist at Martinrea International since September 2021, where responsibilities include investigating non-conformities, conducting root cause analyses using problem-solving techniques, assisting in PPAP submissions, and supporting the development of PFMEAs for new product launches. Previously, Lijin served as Team Leader in Quality Assurance at Stratosphere Quality, managing quality inspectors and manufacturing employees to ensure the quality of automotive parts for major brands. Earlier experience includes a role as a Quality Engineer at TechnipFMC, where involvement in the Hydrogen Generation Unit project included preparing quality-related documentation and reviewing quality control plans. Lijin holds a Postgraduate degree in Quality Engineering Management from Lambton College and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kerala.
