Mary S. Chan

Mary Chan currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Nikola Motor Company and has been the Managing Partner at VectoIQ since January 2016. With extensive experience in the automotive and technology sectors, Mary holds board positions at Magna International and SBA Communications, and has previously contributed to Dialog Semiconductor and WiTricity Corporation. Notably, Mary was President of Global Connected Consumer at General Motors, where responsibility included the development of connected car services and ownership of the Global P&L for the OnStar service business. Prior roles include senior leadership positions at Dell Inc. and Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise. Mary holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Columbia Engineering.
