Radim Otipka

Radim Otipka is an experienced plant manager with a strong background in operations and production management across multiple industries. Currently serving as a plant manager at Asteelflash since February 2016, Radim previously held positions such as production manager for Add-ons at AGC Automotive Europe and plant manager at Toyota Boshoku Europe N.V., where Radim successfully launched a plant in the Czech Republic and developed several JIS projects. Earlier career highlights include managing the start-up of a Greenfield factory for Advanced Filtration Systems Inc., overseeing shared services at Parker Hannifin, and gaining valuable experience in management consulting for over 15 years. Radim holds an MBA in Business Administration from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brno University of Technology.
