Zhen Wu is a seasoned legal and business professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Head of Magna China since 2021, Zhen Wu is responsible for strategy development and execution in a rapidly changing industry landscape, focusing on enhancing cooperation across product lines and developing innovative business models tailored to the Chinese market. Prior to this role, Zhen Wu held positions including Vice President of Legal Services for Asia at GE and General Counsel for GE Security. Additional experience encompasses serving as Senior Associate at Bird & Bird, Legal Manager at Perfetti Van Melle, and Legal Counsel at F&T Investment Consulting Firm.
