Timothy Adams has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Timothy started their career at NetServe365 in 2007 as a Network Operations Center Technician, where they provided support for multiple companies and served as an AD administrator. Timothy also played a lead role in backup application support. In 2010, they joined UPMC as a PC Consultant Senior, specializing in hardware and software repairs for PCs, printers, and Apple devices. Timothy held multiple certifications from Apple, HP, and Dell during their tenure. Currently, Timothy is working at Magna5 as a 24/7 NOC/SOC Engineer Lead, responsible for leading a team of engineers and managing operations in the IT Operations Center.

Timothy Adams attended Pittsburgh Technical College from 2005 to 2007 and earned an Associates degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management during that time. In addition to their degree, they obtained the Dell Certified Systems Expert (DCSE) certification from Dell in April 2017 and the Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) certification from Apple in March 2013.
