Prior to Magna5, DaShawn worked at NetServe365 from January 2011 to January 2025, where roles included Operations Center Manager, Operations Center Team Lead, and NOC Engineer, focusing on delivering managed services and IT support. DaShawn began a career in IT at Computer Consultant Team as a Computer Consultant. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Pittsburgh Technical College, earned between 2008 and 2010.
