Patti Welch

Patti Welch has a strong background in human resources, with over 30 years of experience. Patti most recently served as the Vice President of People and Culture at MagnaFlow, starting in February 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at MagnaFlow from February 2013 to February 2022. Before joining MagnaFlow, Patti worked at the Ocean Institute as the Human Resource Director from September 2004 to June 2006. Patti also served as the Human Resource Manager at Orion Scientific Systems from November 1994 to December 2003. Patti's early career includes a role in the HR department at Charlotte Russe from April 1991 to June 1994.
