Jean Paul Giani

Jean Paul Giani has extensive work experience in various industries and positions. The most recent position held was as the Executive Director & Group CFO at MAGROUP since May 2022. Prior to that, Giani was the CEO & Managing Director at Group Corporate at Adler Group from February 2021 to October 2021. From January 2018 to October 2020, they served as the Head of Digital Finance Transformation at Group Corporate at Leonardo, working in the Space & Defense Industry. Jean Paul also has experience as a Group Chief Financial Officer in the Aeronautics Industry at ALENIA AERMACCHI S.P.A. from January 2010 to December 2017 and at Ansaldo STS A Hitachi Group Company from January 2001 to December 2009 in the Transportation Industry. Other past roles include Chief Financial Officer positions at Freudenberg Performance Materials, BMG - The New Music Company, Sirti S.p.A., and Northern Telecom. Additionally, Giani worked as a Financial Consultant at the European Commission in 1989.

Jean Paul Giani attended the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in International Finance.
