Maria Ciochina has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Maria started their career as an Editor at The National Association of Travel Agencies in Romania from September 2006 to January 2009.

Maria then worked at Caritas Diocese of Rome, Department of Education and Training as an Assistant to the Project Manager from November 2008 to May 2009, and as an Assistant to the Project Manager and Coordinator of Trainings from September 2009 to March 2010.

Next, they joined Caritas Diocese of Rome, Department of Education and Trainingf as a Classroom Tutor and Learning Program Assistant from June 2010 to March 2011.

Maria also worked at UNICARITAS as an Assistant to the C.E.O. from September 2010 to August 2011, and as a Learning Program Assistant from June 2010 to August 2010.

Maria then moved on to work at Rielo Institute for Integral Development as an Executive Assistant and Researcher from May 2010 to October 2012. In this role, they assisted the CEO, conducted research, and managed international projects and programs.

From August 2011 to December 2012, Maria worked at Fondazione Idente di Studi e di Ricerca as a Project Assistant.

Maria then transitioned to the legal field and joined BonelliErede as a Project Finance Legal Assistant from December 2012 to March 2020. In this role, they provided executive assistance to the Head of Banking and Finance Department, managed projects and events, and handled administrative tasks.

Most recently, Maria worked at CDP Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, starting from April 2020. Initially, they served as an Executive Assistant to the CEO & General Manager until October 2020. Maria then took on the role of Executive Assistant to the Director of CDP Infrastructure and Public Administration from October 2020 to May 2022. Finally, they served as the Executive Assistant to the CEO & General Manager from May 2022 to January 2023.

Currently, they are working as the Head of Staff General Affairs at MAGROUP, starting from January 2023.

Maria Ciochina has a diverse education history that includes various degrees and certifications. Maria started their education journey at The Theoretic High School of Arts "M. Berezovschi" from 1991 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History and International Languages.

After completing their bachelor's degree, Maria pursued further education at Universitatea de Stat din Moldova from 2004 to 2008. Here, they earned a Master's Degree in Journalism and Communication Science.

In 2009, Maria obtained a TOEFL certification, showcasing their proficiency in the English language. In the same year, they also achieved a level 4 certification in the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT).

Maria continued their studies by enrolling in St. John's University Rome Campus Graduate Programs from 2009 to 2011. During this time, they completed a Master of Art Degree in Global Development and Social Justice.

In 2017-2018, Maria pursued a Master of Art Degree in International Human Resource Management at Rome Business School.

From 2019 to 2020, they attended Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, focusing on their studies in Migrations, Culture, Terrorism, and Mental Health. Here, they completed a Master's Degree program that addressed new challenges in these areas in Europe.

Maria's most recent educational experience was in 2022, when they enrolled in Marketing Genius - Digital Business School. Maria obtained a Diploma dell’Accademia SMM through their Corso Social Media Manager.

In addition to their degrees, Maria earned several certifications. In 2022, they obtained certifications as a Social Media Manager (SMM Specialist) and completed a course in Social Media Manager at Marketing Genius. Furthermore, Maria achieved a TOEFL certification in 2009 and a Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) level 4 certification in 2006.
