Joseph Roji

Joseph Roji has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Joseph is currently working as a Manager for Business Development at Magnati since June 2021.

Previously, Roji served as a General Manager at TIARA JEWELLERY, where they were responsible for various managerial tasks including purchasing, sales, customer relationship management, tax filing, and brand development. Joseph successfully listed the company in the Dubai Gold and Jewellery group and received recognition for the smooth operation of the business. Joseph worked at TIARA JEWELLERY from September 2015 to May 2021.

Prior to that, Roji worked at Finance House as the Head of Payday Finance. Joseph started as a Team Leader in retail sales and later became the Product Manager and Head of Business Development for Payday Finance. Joseph managed a team of 10 for Payday Finance, 5 for Payday Cards, and 2 for STCC. Their tenure at Finance House lasted from August 2012 to September 2015.

During their time there, Joseph obtained a Master's degree in International Business, which they successfully completed in 2007.

Additionally, in the same year, they also participated in the University of Wollongong in Dubai's Management Development Program, focusing on Business Administration and Management.
