Prior roles include General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Nokota Management LLP, and General Counsel at Garrison Investment Group, Hercules Technology Growth Capital, and Bain Capital. Michael began legal career as an Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP and held positions at Exeter Group and Accenture. Michael holds a JD and LLM in Corporate Law and Tax from New York University School of Law, an EMBA from the University of Cambridge, and a BA in English and American Studies from Cornell University.
