Raymond Troumbly

Raymond Troumbly has extensive experience in training and development within the mining industry, currently serving as a Training Coordinator for Magnetation since March 2014, where responsibilities include developing and delivering training programs for new miners and existing employees across multiple plants. Prior to that role, from November 1998 to June 2013, Raymond held the position of Supervisor of Training for Cleveland Cliffs, focusing on pit operations and maintenance training programs. Additionally, Raymond has pursued interests in woodworking and photography since November 2016 at Little House, with a strong passion for mining. Educationally, Raymond completed high school at Westwood High School, graduating in 1987.
