Genine Hallett

Genine Hallett currently serves as Head of HR at Magnetic since September 2023. Prior to this role, Genine worked at AlixPartners as a People Business Partner from March 2023 to September 2023, and at THM Partners as HR Director from January 2022 until its acquisition by AlixPartners. Genine’s extensive experience also includes various HR positions at RSA from April 2008 to September 2021, encompassing roles such as HR Business Partner - Europe, HR People Manager, HR Consultant, and Global Employee Insight Analyst, among others. Genine holds a Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management and has completed CIPD qualifications.
