Michael C Hadjinian has held various executive roles in the industrial and technology sectors since 1992. From 1992 to 1997, they were President, CEO, and Chairman of Rexworks, Inc., a $52 million public company that manufactured environmental and construction machinery. During this time, they increased sales from $27 to $52 million through successful acquisition, new product development, and international sales expansion. From 1997 to 1999, they were President and CEO of Accutec, a $28 million ISO 9002 certified, high-tech, precision sheet metal contract manufacturer of electronic enclosures. The company was acquired by Via Systems. From 1999 to 2002, they were President and CEO of TPI Composites, Inc., a $60 million VC-owned company with a technology leadership position in large-scale composite products. The company was sold to a PE firm. From 2002 to 2005, they were President and CEO of JK North America, Inc., a U.S. subsidiary of a $250+ million German parent that provided tanning beds, after-market supplies, and point of sale software for the indoor tanning industry. From 2005 to 2010, they were President and CEO of WC Wood Corporation, Inc., a $200+ million sales manufacturer of residential and commercial freezers. From 2010 to 2013, they were President and CEO of Ventilex USA Inc., a leading supplier of highly engineered, $1+ million fluid bed drying systems used in food process lines and minerals processing. From 2013 to 2017, they were Venture Capital Fund Manager at Accelerant Dayton, a seed-stage technology based venture capital fund. In this role, they were responsible for managing a set of the fund’s prior investments and for developing and qualifying new investments. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Management Consultant at JumpStart Strategy Associates. Since 2018, they have been President of MPI (Magnetic Products, Inc.), where they provide peace of mind by manufacturing reliable industrial magnetic and metal control equipment that removes contaminants, separates, or conveys metal in production processes.

Michael C Hadjinian obtained a BSEE in Electronics from Marquette University and an MBA in Finance and Information Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
