Yifan Fu

Yifan Fu is currently a researcher at MAGNETO special anodes B.V. (an Evoqua brand) since September 2022, focusing on the development of innovative materials and coatings for electrodes in green hydrogen production. Prior to this role, Yifan completed a PhD at Technische Universiteit Delft from February 2018 to September 2022, where the research concentrated on self-healing creep-resistance steels, combining fundamental studies with application-oriented steel design. Yifan also has experience as a materials and process engineer at AVIC Shenyang Liming Aero-Engine Group Corporation Ltd. from July 2013 to December 2017. Yifan holds an MEng in Advanced Materials from the University of Nottingham and two degrees from Dalian University of Technology: an MEng in Materials Sciences and a BASc in Materials Physics.
