Jessica Moroney

Jessica Moroney currently serves as an HR Services Consultant at Magnit, specializing in contingent workforce operations for BioMarin Pharmaceuticals, managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle for 150 to 200 workers since March 2024. Prior to this role, Jessica held various positions at VMware, including Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and Talent Acquisition Partner - Sourcing, where responsibilities included supporting the EMEA region's Services Business Unit and leveraging data to influence stakeholders.
