Monika Chockalingam

Monika Chockalingam currently serves as a Talent Management Consultant at Toronto Hydro since March 2023. Previously, Monika held various roles at ASSA ABLOY Group, including Lead Talent Acquisition and Assistant Manager Human Resources from January 2019 to September 2022. Prior experience includes positions as Recruitment Manager and HR Manager at ICICI Bank from May 2017 to December 2018, an internship at Wipro in April 2016, and a Process Associate role at Royal Bank of Scotland Business from May 2013 to May 2015. Monika also completed internships at KPMG, TEYSEER GROUP, and DOHA BANK in 2012, 2011, and 2008, respectively. Monika obtained a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from M.O.P. Vaishnav College for Women.
