Kaushar Baldiwala

Kaushar Baldiwala has a diverse work experience spanning over several years in various industries. Kaushar started their career in 2001 as a Sales Supervisor at Metro Enterprise, where they handled retail and wholesale business operations, as well as supply chain management. In 2006, they transitioned to become an Arbitrageur cum Dealer at BK Shah and Co., managing share market segments and providing guidance to customers for trading. In 2014, they joined Rishi Infotech Pvt Ltd. as a Process Officer, and later moved on to ZEROCHAOS WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED as a Resource Coordinator. In 2017, they joined Workforce Logiq as a Senior Resource Coordinator, and eventually progressed to the role of Lead-Program Support Operations at Magnit in 2019. In their current role, they oversee and optimizes onboarding and client service activities for clients across various regions through different VMS platforms.

Kaushar Baldiwala obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara in 2001. In addition, Kaushar has obtained several certifications in fields such as Lean Six Sigma, Critical Thinking and Problem Solving, Data Visualization with Power BI, Operational Excellence, and Project Management Essentials.
